Basic Human is about trusting what you feel, sense, and already know.

Intuition, somatic knowing, medical intuition, mediumship, telepathy - these are human capacities, waiting to be remembered. And they belong to all of us.

This is a community for bringing that knowing back into daily life - to practice, grow self-trust, and build healthy boundaries from the inside out. To come home to energetic sovereignty.

My practice draws from osteopathy, structural integration, embodied anatomy, and intuitive development. This work is shaped as much by lived experience, reflection, and ongoing learning as by formal training. Learn more about my vision here.

Basic Human is non-hierarchical. We are all somewhere on the journey - no better timing, no wrong place. We learn from each other. We grow our capacity to sense, discern, and trust. This is a space to explore your intuitive perception on your own terms.
