Basic Human is about trusting what you feel, sense, and already know.

Intuition, somatic knowing, medical intuition, mediumship, telepathy — these are not special abilities. These are skills we have lost touch with, waiting to be rediscovered. It’s just another way of gathering information. And they belong to us all.

This is a community to bring magic back into our daily life. To practice and grow self-trust, confidence, and create healthy boundaries from the inside out. To come home to energetic sovereignty.

Basic Human is held by Isabel Lindemann

My practice draws from osteopathy, structural integration, embodied anatomy, and intuitive development. This work is shaped as much by lived experience, reflection, and ongoing learning as by formal training. Learn more about my vision here.

Basic Human is non-hierarchical. We are all somewhere on the journey - no better timing, no wrong place. We learn from each other. We grow our capacity to sense, discern, and trust. This is a space to explore your intuitive perception on your own terms.
