A slow walk through old forest on uneven ground - body awake, pace unhurried, heart open to what the trees have always been saying.
We'll begin with a brief somatic settling before we enter the forest, then move together through the land - pausing, listening, learning to feel the rhythm of what lives here. This is not a hike. It is an act of attention. Of coming into your heart and staying there long enough to receive what nature offers when we stop talking and start listening.
We walk on land that has held people for a long time. We honor that as we go.
