This is a space to bring magic back into daily life. To grow self-trust, confidence, create healthy boundaries from the inside out. To come home to energetic sovereignty.

My practice draws from osteopathy, structural integration, embodied anatomy, and intuitive development. This work is shaped as much by lived experience, reflection, and ongoing learning as by formal training. Learn more about me here.

Basic Human is not built around authority or identity. It is held as a facilitation space — one that supports people in reconnecting with their own capacity to sense, discern, and trust themselves. A safe gathering place to explore your intuitive perception on your own terms.
